In 2021, the health center was awarded a badge by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for meeting all criteria of an Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) qualification. This designation is a powerful affirmation of our Health Center’s quality and growth. It is also a resounding call to action, as we continue to raise the funds necessary to fully cover the costs of uninsured patient care, fostering health, wellness and healing for thousands more individuals across the inner-city.
IMAN’s health center serves residents of Chicago’s south and southwest sides, and the Southwest suburbs of Bridgeview, Oak Lawn, and Chicago Ridge. We work closely with several Health Systems in the area, ensuring patients access to a full range of hospital-based care. We ensure access for all low-income individuals in its service area regardless of age, health status, ability to pay, or any other characteristic.
We treat acute and long-term health conditions with a focus on prevention as the best foundation to keep your family healthy and active. Specific services are listed below. If you are in need of a health-related service not listed, please call (773) 434-4626 for further information.
